Below is a brief description of each group. 


Platinum Group (Mon, Wed, Fri) 6am - 7am
This program is conducted for the corporate executives that want an early morning hit out before work!
 


Sapphire Group (Mon, Wed, Fri) 7am - 8am
A later start but no less easier!!

 


Emerald Group (Mon, Wed, Fri) 8.30am - 9.30am
These guys come in for an hour long FAT burning Cardio and WEIGHTS workout.
 


Diamond Group (Mon, Wed, Fri) 9.30am - 10.30am
Women only group training with a one eyed focus on WEIGHT LOSS!! Weekly weigh ins and fun exercise at a personalised intensity level.

 

Ruby Group (Sat) 8am - 9am
Saturday morning hour of power to kick start your weekend
 


Crown Group (Wed) 5.30pm - 6.30pm

This session incorporates boxing/cardio and resistance training
